Questions about plans

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No trial, no card, and it doesn't run out. Everything in the Free column stays free.

How do I upgrade?

Open CritterPal, go to Settings, then Premium, and pick a plan. Plans are monthly.

What's the difference between Premium and Lite?

Lite has everything Premium has except unlimited chat, choosing how hard it thinks, and the invisible critter. Lite gets 20 chat answers a day.

What happens to my stuff if I stop paying?

You keep your coins, your free critters and any outfits you bought with coins. Premium-only things lock again until you come back.

I'm under 18. Can I get Premium?

Ask a parent or guardian. They need to agree and pay for it.
